The one with zippers at the front and the back. OEM mash has them.
Front zipper makes taking on/off front roof panels very easy as you need to reach through the mash to get to the latches.
Back zipper makes taking on/off the back cap very easy. Assuming you have a hoist. You need to reach...
23k miles now. Daily.
No major issues except the following:
Slight vibration in 4A - TBD…
Rear frogger fell off. Dealer replaced rear window.
Rides fine for a box. Road noise and comfort is about the same as other SAS trim I would imagine.
2 gas stations visits per week. 260miles/tank...
Mine used to be fine, but started around 20K.
Slight vibration can be felt at the driver's foot well at 4A mode.
I do noticed my front passenger tire tread is a lot lower than the rest.
Could be tread differences but I won't find out until the next wheel rotation.
Edit, I changed the tire...
Any 2 door V6 really. No more for 2025 except for the overpriced Stroppe Edition.
Who pays 80K for one really??
My 2D V6 WT will be rare.
Lux and every option checked. Around $55k back in 2022.
Those side vinyl is pretty rare too for a WT.
" Service writer is telling me that they can't take short cuts and have to follow the factory manual to perform the repair"
My guess is the technical service manual they got from Ford states the whole thing needs to come off for the sensor. Normally billable time is also stated on the manual...
Ooof good luck... Mine came off, dealer repalced the rear window twice.
First try, they broke some plast clips that came with the new window, hinge covers, rear wiper motor cover. Went back for an another new window and new covers. But they somehow messed up the rear window seal. I...
haha, i have a 2 door bronco. Felt like saw these cover somewhere.
I just Googled Bronco 2 door, and snipped a picture of some someone's youtube video. Just happen to be on my PC.
I'm a bit OCD'ed when it comes to apperence. Do you have plans to sell it as a whole unit or come up with an adapter that could seemlessly connect the two panels?
Wildtrak is a good daily luxurish cruiser. It is just as capable as a BL when going off road. Buy a 2D WT while it’s still there. Ford eliminated 2.7 on the 2D on most 2025 trims
Its actually safer if we just leave them in Auto.
It turns side marker, headlights, rear rights on when there isn't enough ambient light.
Bascailly it turns on your night lights automatically.
If we turn the Auto mode off, the DRL will still be on.
During the night, it won't activate night...
Mine makes all kind of actuator/relay clicks shortly after shut off.
Also some faint pulsating noises.
Ford does ford things I guess... Could have masked it better imo. None of my cars in the past have done that.
Check if the hole in the middle is leaking. If it leaks, the water will go into the overhead trim like you showed. Mine has just a piece of foam taped over it. I discovered that when I installed my overhead molle panel. Why would Ford do that in the rain gutter is beyong me...
No waves since I got it 2 years ago. Most of the waves are from Broncos.
Though twice Jeep guys parked next to me made compliments before they walked away.
Also funny fact, all the waves from the Broncos are modified. Meaning, they have SAS, or extra offroad bits, customized...
lol Nope and I have a 2 year old too.
2 door looks the best. Got lot of compliments from people when they compare mine to 4 doors.
These days whenever I need something big I just opt for delivery. Less cargo has no impact on me.
Also Ford no longer offer 2.7 on 2 doors besides the 70k...
Interesting... one of my rear glass defogger fell off. Dealer went ahead replaced the entire glass for me. I would assume the new glass has those two defoggers pre-attached but it doesn't seems to be.
If you engage 4A and look at the infotainment power distribution screen. You will see it engages the front axle when driving below 20 - 30 mph.
The transfer case clutch is engaged but not fully locked. Slight binding is probably expected. This is why I normally don't use 4A eventhough it can...
