Been a busy 3 days at work, but basically no updates. My selling dealer wont be able to get it looked at until early next week at the earliest so for now I am just waiting to hear from them while I remain carless and in the dark. Regardless, I appreciate everyone's input and will be sure to...
When I spoke to my selling dealer’s service manager he sounded appalled that the car was diagnosed with that as I sent him the pics I had. He said they would be doing their own inspection but that would take 2-3 days. We’ll see what comes from that
I honestly intend on dragging this out as long as it takes in order to get it covered under warranty. I managed to get it towed to the selling dealer today so we will see.
As some have suggested I contacted my selling dealer and I am paying to get it towed there and we are going to start from the beginning. The original dealer I took it too stated they will not cover it under warranty which I think is complete bullshit. I contacted the service manager at my...
So update… it’s not looking too hot. Ford is sayinf
they are just telling me to contact the dealer for further assistance. They havent been much help
If I get additional push back I will ask them to do this and I will dm you the results because you are speaking their language and I am unfortunately not haha
Honestly looking back at it I wish I just got it towed to our selling dealer instead. We were 2 miles away from this dealer and we ended up just driving it there. I am debating getting it towed but I fear it also wouldnt be covered at the selling dealer then im down the towing fee too :/
Im hoping Ford just covers it too, it has been dissapointing thus far considering there is no loaner so I’m renting a car for $35 a day and then to hear one week later that no progress has been made and now the repair isnt even covered
I called my insurance company and they said since there is no external damage, and I can’t prove that someone hit the car, then there is nothing for them to investigate. So my option lies with Ford up keeping their warranty
