I just sent them a message to see if there’s any room left for this weekend. I’d love to attend but not sure I can make it this time. Hopefully they have more down the road!
I've got the same setup (Badlands 2.3L manual) but haven't been brave enough to take my bronco out in the wild yet. How do you feel the manual did? Any fear of burning it up? I've taken my 15 year old out a few times and he has been pretty tough on it...probably can take the abuse. I learned...

How much cutting is required now for the hidden winch mount? This is the solution that everyone has been waiting for with MOD bumper! I've got a badlands with factory skidplates..wonder if it is worth swapping or modifying as another member posted awhile back. The RC version doesn't...
@LikeToTurnLeft I love the color. I'm thinking of Xpel Stealth wrapping my Carbonized Grey. How much material did you order to do the job? The precut templates seem to be more expensive than it already needs to be! Buying in bulk seems like a safer bet and would give me more wiggle room. Thanks!
Adam,
Good luck. I"m following as I am in the same boat as you. There is no way this should cost $5-$7K. Watching the guys on youtube make me a believer as well...but you go first!

I got mine from FoK, no dealer markup, but had to beg for more on my trade. Made the experience more painful than it needed to be. But that is car shopping for you.

Chris,
Do you have any more pics of the Bay Area MF Bumper? I am searching for different angles. I'd be switching from a mod bumper to this and don't want crazy poke.
Thanks,
Mark
I just got back from the Vegas Rodeo. So much fun if you haven't gotten the chance to do one yet, I highly recommend. I need to get some recovery gear and then I will be ready to hit the trails....and maybe PPF ;)
There was a carabiner on the tool kit that was in the glove box. The metal from the carabiner sounded like a sliding nut when the tool kit would move in the glove box. Hope that helps.
I know they say there are no stupid questions, but I’m sure you will let me know.
Am I supposed to be able to stick my hand between the soft top and top rail when it is latched?
Am I doing something wrong?
It just doesn’t seem correct to me. Can’t be secure. Is this how it is on Wranglers...
My tool kit was in the glove box but I think the carabiner may be the culprit. Hopefully that does the trick! Thanks for the tip. This forum is a wealth of knowledge. Happy hump day.
So I've had the bronco for almost a week and I love 99.9% of it. I've put over 400 miles on it driving around town, noting off road yet..headed to Vegas Rodeo Friday! There is this one thing...Is there a bolt or something rattling around in the undercarriage or some place unknown? Every once...
They are the BF good rich all-terrain tires that come on the badlands edition. Do you want the wheels and tires? I have the upgraded beadlock style wheels. I’m still debating whether or not to keep them or not.
@chtucker I’m so glad I read this thread. I picked up my bronco from FoK Friday and have been spinning my tires. I know we’ve gotten a lot of rain in the PNW, but man. My wife had to put it in 4A to get up a hill this afternoon! Do these tires really suck that bad or is it all the excess tire shine?
