For fun   I took a peek at a couple of the spreadsheets of the build weeks after ours. I specifically looked at bronco's that were coming to WA state. In the 9/26 build week, 3 broncos have been shipped and delivered to customers in WA state. In the 10/3 build week, 1 bronco...
Do you know if their dealer order shipped yet?
There are 35 days between our build date and the dealership order build date, at the dealer we're using. So if theirs ships out before ours, it will be frustrating, to say the least.
Still waiting...
Our dealership has Bronco listed that is dealer stock (blue window sticker). If you track that build using the info off the window sticker, it was an August 2022 order confirmation that was built on 11/4/22.
Our dealership also has 2 other Bronco's listed. Ours and someone...
Last I've heard (last week), we were still at MAP. I haven't even tried chat this week. It feels pointless. I haven't tried our dealership. They say they see the same exact thing we do. So, we're just waiting...and waiting...and waiting.
As a side note, I did see that our dealership has another...
Still here. Still waiting. Still zero communication from Ford since our build email was sent. 32 days (and counting) since our build was released & awaiting shipping...
Some vehicles shipping by convoy are just showing up with no notification. Are you shipping by rail or convoy? If by convoy, there could be hope for your bronco to just show up!
Oh dang, that's a lot of varying information. We were on chip hold for about 10 days (if I remember correctly). Then, according to the back door link, were built on Sept. 30th. We got the official built email on Oct. 2nd with an ETA of 10/21-10/27. Backdoor link has updated our ETA to...
"released"=built and was released from the factory/plant so that it can sit, and sit, and sit, and sit, and wait to be shipped! Unfortunately released and shipped are two way different things. Ugh.
P.S. I'm in the same boat. Released for shipping, but not shipped. My delivery date varies from...
I think the MY23's are scheduled to start production this next week. I believe the majority of them (if not all, at this point) are orders that had to roll over from the MY22's.
I think it's great you got a response! It seems like the same information that can be found from chat, the backdoor link, your dealer, or the customer service line though. The offer to keep an eye on it is a nice gesture. I wouldn't assume that's going to get it moving any faster though.
I...
We haven't gotten any emails updating us on the new ETA. We've had zero emails/communication from Ford since our built email was sent on October 2nd. I've just been checking the backdoor link and that's where I'm seeing the date ranges adjusted.
Same. I was told, "no delays, no holds. Just awaiting shipping with an ETA of Oct 24th-30th." Which clearly isn't possible to get it to WA state in that window of time, unless it's mysteriously shipped and no one realizes it.
Impressed you got a phone call!! Did she say what the course of action should/would be if they changed your ETA to a later week? Did she suggest you still contact her if that’s the case or was the possibility of your ETA week being pushed back not a topic of conversation?
We purchased a bronco sport May 2021, that wasn't on the lot and was "in transport". We waited almost a month for it, only to find out it was in WA state for the last two weeks of the wait, about 2 hours from the dealer waiting for a truck to pick it up. We offered to go pick it up ourselves...
Today starts the week of our ETA, Oct. 21-27th. So far no update/email on that range changing. Also, no update on it actually being shipped, either. So there's that...
Your guess is as good as mine on what the hang up could be. Back door link updated on 9/30 showing built. We got the official email saying built on 10/2. Been awaiting shipping ever since. So unless it’s been shipped with no update/communication, it’s just sitting while we wait. And wait. And...
