I completely understand that. I tried to decipher it again and this time I got something close to "Sinzero". While I appreciate the system, I dislike the way the digital man speaks at light speed when it's crucial information you need to know.
Is it possible that it's one of the side companies that CSX works with? I've been looking for a good 15 minutes and I haven't found anything but I'm not done yet, damnit. This is frustrating.
Cindyhero? I was using google to find CSX locations and then figure out what the automated man was saying that way. Then I'd find the actual address of CSX there and zoom in on Google earth so I could terrify myself by the dilapidated surrounding areas.

I’m not sure what constitutes going by rail or convoy. There’s two people less than an hour from me who went by convoy and I’m rail. 🤷🏼‍♀️
From what I’ve seen (and I could be wrong) those coming by rail don’t switch to shipped until they’re off the rail and loaded on to a truck. Maybe it switched to shipped because you’re on a truck now. I’ve seen it a few times although I’m still not certain on it.

It was on CSX and arrived at Albany yesterday. My dealer said that it comes the rest of the way by convoy. I did try Pals and there's nothing there either. My thoughts are it's been offloading and is sitting while it waits to be loaded on to a truck. I'm not sure if it works this way but I'm...
