  1. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

Yup, and if IIRC they measure at basically 36.8 x 13.6 mounted, so they are pretty true to size. I think you still will kiss the top of the tire on the fender on your most 37x12.50s at full bump on your average coilover or strut type lift without spaing the bumps or trimming, though, and you...
  2. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

No you were right, those are the Icon 2.5 EXPs that blew up on their last pass before they snapped. They have a shorter compressed length than the Stock Bilsteins and Eibach 2.0 coilovers, so you would need less bump stop extension with either option than you do with those. I am running the...
  3. Eibach Pro Lift Kit for the 2021+ Ford Bronco (Sasquatch Package)

Lift height is really not the main factor when we are talking spring and shock or coilover lifts. You pretty much have to trim the back crash bar mount, and maybe the front depending on the offset and how wide you go. You will also need to run a little bit of bump stop spacer if you do not want...
  4. Advice/Knowledge - want to put 35's on Outer Banks with lift & go off roadings with adjustable crash bar?

I would just remove the crash bars. Their main purpose is to reduce the chance of the tire coming into the cabin in the case of an accident which really is no longer an issue when you have a tire as big as a 35. There is also still a body mount behind it to stop the tire, but in all reality, you...
  5. BEST Tubular Upper control Arm?

The main reason you go for a Billet over a Tubular arm is most companies offer adjustment on the Billet arms via heims on the frame pivot side. They are a lot stronger and relatively light for sure, but you are more likely to bend a spindle than smoke a UCA, so I do not think the Billet is...
  6. Upper Control Arm Selection

I am running the Icon Tubular arms and they are great, and would definitely recommend with the Eibachs. At full droop even the Icon 1.25" delta joint is almost maxed out so you are definitely limiting droop travel with the stock arm. It probably will not hurt anything but you probably are...
  7. Camburg Racing's Bronco suspension system upgrades

Ya tubular is definitely plenty. These and most IFS front ends are basically set up so that the spindle is the point where most of the forces that would break the arm go through. This is why spindle gussets are so common in the Yota community
  8. Camburg Racing's Bronco suspension system upgrades

I really like their Trail Series Long Travel kits because they typically use bolt-on coilovers, so you do not have to ditch what you already have to make them work. The slapper arm bump is obviously rad too. I would imagine spring rate and valving might need to be changed because of the...
  9. Shock surplus is working on a shock guide for the bronco

Ya, I sent er a little too hard this time  They were working real good until I done doinked it though, I will give them that. Had it pinned at the top of the second and they were eating pretty good all things considered. Went for one more run in 4wd to get a little more traction to see if...
  10. Low CG, max articulation, and biggest tire size without interference?

Ya, I think that will be my plan as well when we get there in testing at work. One of the big reasons why I liked the DV8 liners was they are metal so a little hammer, grinder, and welder time, could net me the clearance I need if it comes to it. I am really going to be doing my damndest to make...
  11. Low CG, max articulation, and biggest tire size without interference?

The Icon coilovers have the shortest compressed length out there, which might be part of it. People have seen some contact marks at full bump with 35s, so I think you really need the travel limiters they recommend. I think the big reason why they are able to advertise such higher travel numbers...
  12. Not sitting level after King shocks installed

Just looks like you need more spring which is a cheap and relatively easy fix. King private labels most if not all of their springs from Eibach and they have a of springs in a 3" ID and with a 4" free length like you need. They will be silver but You can definitely get the rate you are looking...
  13. HOSS 3.0 /Fox 2.5 performance

The HOSS 3.0s are an internal bypass, so although the piston size is the same, you have position sensitivity. Basically, they are plusher in their normal ride zone and will ramp stiffness in both directions when you go through their normal ride zone. Although I have not tested them back to back...
  14. Low CG, max articulation, and biggest tire size without interference?

Just some food for thought for yall. I have been doing some searching around, and I am thinking the following combo with some flare deletes will be the secret to clearing a 37 without a bump stop spacer and still being able to turn. DV8 Inner Liners...
  15. Can You Re-use Non-Sas Springs with Bilstein 5100 Height Adjusted Shocks

6100s are definitely worth the extra money over the 5100s in my opinion for sure. If you do not already have the stock Bilsteins you can also get the 6112s which are the same thing but with a spring. They also are capable of a little more lift with the longer springs they include.
  16. Can You Re-use Non-Sas Springs with Bilstein 5100 Height Adjusted Shocks

You definitely can reuse the stock springs, and in my experience, they work a lot better with a little extra preload since they are longer than your stockers.
  17. Bilstein 5100 adjustable lift shocks installed. Before & after pics (updated with Wildtrak tires & wheels)

I tested these for work on my Sasquatch and can confirm they cycle about a half inch more travel in the front and just under an inch in the rear from my lazy calculations. When set to "stock" height with Sasquatch springs, it was very obvious that preload was a whole lot less, which confirms...

  20. Any Fox / King review yet?

We just got a couple sets of Kings with adjusters in at the office. I am really liking how they set up the coils and the fit up looks aces. Saw some of these out in the wild and they are definitely pretty killer. Hit up Shock Surplus and ask for the Bowman discount, and we can hook you up...
