It's not so much off-road where these windshields will have issues, it's highway driving with a billboard for a windshield. Jeeps are notorious for this (know from experience).

May not be far off. I actually just asked to have it removed from my build this AM. Also removed the engine block heater just in case, a heating pad on the oil pan works just as good if not better anyway (can throw one on the tranny too)

Mine reads the same way. I take it as the submit order "in progress" won't be checked off until it is scheduled, which apparently in my case is never...

They did the majority of scheduling for January this week and February will probably be scheduled towards the end of December.

In my wife's Wrangler, I mounted the radio (Kenwood D710) on the firewall in the passenger footwell, then the head unit on the console. Don't know if there's enough room in the Bronco to do that, but it does keep it accessible but out of the way and you can still hear the speaker, although...

Radios typically have the negative grounded. Not likely anymore but if the negative battery terminal became disconnected, and presumably the radio was still connected to it, the entire electrical system could ground through the radio. Not as likely anymore because of how the battery...

The silver lining on having to still wait on getting mine... being able to see what others are doing for mounts and various other gadgets.

This mode probably releases the electric parking brake actuator so you can actually change the rear pads. Maybe even retracts all the calipers, or at least relieves the pressure on the electric brake booster so you don't have to fight the calipers.
