Yea I will try again Wednesday. I got my shipped email last Tuesday, and clearly it's left the plant/already left Michigan, so I find it odd they can't access the info yet. Maybe I just got someone that didn't know how to look it up or didn't want to bother.

For people that got rail car info, were you able to get that from Ford's chat or only through your dealer? My dealership is really bad at getting back to me and I'm getting the runaround on Ford chat/they say to get rail info from my dealer and can only provide old info on where it's currently at.

I got a built email on Tuesday and staus updated as shipped via rail on Ford's site. Ordertrack app just says in transit with no info in the bottom section when it comes to rail specifics. That normal?

Looked on the main ford site tracker a bit ago and see window stickers are starting to come up for 05/13 build dates. Nice to finally be able to have a concrete date.

Ford chat told me yesterday I have a 5/13 build date. Today my status changed to "in production" on the pizza tracker, but no window sticker yet. Hope that means my date is locked in/won't be pushed again.

I got the build email of 05/02 and ford chat confirmed a build day of 05/02.....next day, I see on backdoor link moved to build week of 05/09.
