This issue is being discussed in other threads. Seems like Ford should do a TSB and replace the headlight switch When it is reported to the dealer.

In another thread, the dealer believes it is a faulty switch. We are seeing if replacement solves the issue.

The Base 2 door (non-Sasquatch) has the best and only wheel/tire combination needed. Anything else just signals you are overcompensating for being lacking In a certain area.
Mine has not done it for a couple of weeks now. I make sure the switch is turned to off before I turn the engine off. I lock the door, one click, with the fob. I have noticed that the light switch, lights up in auto light mode when I open the door. This is before I start the vehicle. Maybe they...
Yes. Rotate the switch so the top light is lit. That shuts the lights off. Then turn the engine off. I have not had the lights turn on by themselves after doing this.
You shouldn’t have to do this, but something is wrong.
I too have a Base and I have had the problem too. I went through all my fuses both under the dash and under the hood. Some were “loose” and they moved in when I pushed them. When pulling down the cover under the dash, be careful to not break anything while doing this. I also checked the plug on...
Morries Grand Ledge Ford in Grand Ledge, Michigan. Absolutely great experience, (even if it did take 595 days from reservation to delivery, lol) with great people at the dealership. Sold it to me for MSRP which I was aware of from day one. If you are looking for a stand up, professional dealer...
Nah, I don’t need to overcompensate. I like the minimalist look, they are sufficient for my needs and will get me from point to point just fine. In any weather I would be going out in. To each their own.

We got about 3” of snow overnight. I took my 2 door Base Bronco to work and put it in Slippery Goat mode. It performed flawlessly in the snow on the steelies and the base all-season tires. Probably one of the best winter driving vehicles I’ve ever had. For normal snow and winter driving...
