It’s Bronco tradition that the big engine is auto only, at least from the late eighties on the 351w was auto only.
Seriously tho, if they could only afford one manual transmission, why not build it for the 2.7. I’m not sure a single person would bitch about being forced into a larger engine.
Well it’s not the wildtrak since it has the wrong tires. And it’s not the big bend or outer banks since all the videos show the sway bar disconnect.
I’m betting that grill is part of an unreleased appearance package.
It is definitely the Badlands without Sasquatch.
The interior shots show marine vinyl and more importantly the sway bar disconnect. Only thing throwing me off here is lack of rock rails that I thought were standard on Badlands.
Those are BFG all terrain tires. Sasquatch uses Good year...
Why would you want to take the seats out if they fold flat?
You can see that the seat bottom is hinged and probably folds down and forward into the footwell, allowing the back rest to fold down and give a flat cargo area.
Yeah those suck too. Does the front lower shock attachment point bolt to the A-arm? Why wouldn’t they just make that a part of the A-arm casting? Or at least flip the bolts upside down?
What’s up with the bolts/studs on the lower rear shock bracket? Doesn’t look like they serve a purpose other than to get smashed.
Still can’t believe they went with “Wrangler” tires.
Badlands also starts with marine vinyl seats and rubber floor.
I like the marine seats and rubber floor, but all the white/light grey exterior shit is awful.
Looks like a Honda Civic with a body kit that hasn’t been painted yet.
Tires... maybe.
I think people are wondering about the spray painted door handles and grill. If all that white garbage is included on the first edition then I’m glad they’re only making 3500.
As far as I can tell, the sway bar disco is only available on the Badlands and First edition. Sounds like it is available with or without the sassy on the Badlands. First Edition includes sassy.
Edit: Can’t wait to get a “sassy” license plate. That’ll put fear into the Jeep guys.
