Please keep us in the loop if you see more Broncos in that parking lot. I really enjoyed seeing the A51 Wildtrack last night and I would LOVE to see more trims and colors as Broncos pop by the R&D Center.
I've never really been into cars. Grew up in the Detroit area, dad worked at Ford and loved his Mustangs. I loved them too, but never really got "into it."
Until now. The Bronco reveal awakened something in me. Maybe it's the outdoor lifestyle fantasy, maybe its from being locked down and...
Oh it happened! Went to the wrong R&D center first, but eventually found her (#44). The Wildtrack is huge! Itās hugeness was surreal for someone like me, who currently drives an Escape. I canāt wait for my Badlands!
Just got back. Man is it HUGE!!! I expected it to be big, but itās quite imposing. Iām in love!
Bummer I missed the 2DR Cyber Orange Badlands last week. Thatās my build. Guess Iāll have to stalk that parking lot now.
Here you go (sorry for the potato quality, hard to light the inside). The interior was leather tan and slate grey. Looked nice.
Edit: these pics make the tan leather look grey. But itās really a beige canvas color.
The Woodward Dream Cruise occurs in Metro Detroit the third Saturday in August. Tons of classic car and enthisiast club shows pepper Woodward Ave. And the car companies put on exhibits of concepts and other new tech. Observers line the street for miles to watch cruisers cruise up and down...
This is my rig except mine will have the upgraded wheels (w/ beauty ring). Itās even more perfect than I hoped. The Cyber Orange is so dynamic and really suits the 2 door Badlands.
This is exactly me. I'm usually very practical and frugal and logical. I keep my cars and electronics until they break down. I price compare and research for months before major purchases. I struggle with paying for things I don't need, even if I know they'll bring me immense enjoyment.
But...
I've been hoping to see one around Detroit too. A friend of mine saw two Broncos in the Lansing area over the weekend. One was a 4 door soft top, the other was a 2 door, one red and one white. She's not a Bronco person so she couldn't give trim details.
FYI - There are no US border restrictions for Canadians traveling to the US by air. Only land crossings are affected. Air travel is ok.

Iām going with CO too but donāt let the Orange BL stitching dissuade you from VB (or A51). The Orange stitching will look great with a blue exterior. Itās the perfect contrast for a pop of color.
