Has anyone tried adding their vin to Ford Pass? I have an F150 that was built 7/9 and it started appearing in Ford Pass shortly after. Currently on the rail from KC to MI and it looks like this. My Bronco which has a blend of today doesn't appear yet. So, think once it's complete you can...
Heard the same thing. My salesman is on vacay this week, so perfect timing on build date for me. They should just drive them over right off the line it's so close, but think it has to be trucked by a union employee per agreements.
That's awesome! I have a Black OBX Sasquatch being built this week (hopefully). Can't wait to get it! My dealer is the closest Ford dealer to the storage lot, so hoping it's here some time next week.
Don't put much stock in the highlighted circles or updates. I have an F150 that was just built and all the fields populated a few days after the actual event dates. Built didn't appear until 7/11 (to show 7/9). Then didn't show shipped until 7/12, but it happened on 7/10 (per ground carriers...
That's a stock image and how mine shows on my dealer page. If you click on the window sticker that vin is an OBX with LUX package, so will look nothing like the pic.
1.99% is what I'm getting through U of M(Michigan) Credit Union - up to 72 months/ 2.99% if you wanted to stretch to 84 months.
Here is an example of lease pricing as well (not good).
This is Z-Plan OBX/Squatch/High/2.7 with $5000 down $52,600 MSRP. Tire care adds $16 per month FYI.
It's not typical to make money on a lease at the end. The chip shortage causing limited vehicle supply, combined with very low mileage due to last year's covid restrictions has created a very seller friendly market right now.
Flipping to Vroom for around 5k profit. Dealer only offered $1000 over lease buyout. (Used 150 isn't super valuable in Metro Detroit with everyone getting employee pricing) Vroom will ship it to TX to sell.
Did the same thing with my wife's Explorer. She only had 16k miles on a 3 year old...
Was at my dealer earlier today getting a title for my purchased lease f150 and had my salesman check on my Bronco build date.. it showed 7/16 after being 7/14 for the past few weeks. Then I got this an hour ago.. 🤔
My dealer had a 2 door OBX demo unit with navy cloth seats in their lobby today. Have not seen many images of the cloth posted here. Looked great in person and made me happy with my build choice (black 4 door OBX squatch with roast cloth - due date of 7/16).
Clock was already close to 1 second and still at 0. I'm guessing with dry pavement/sport mode you'll see low 6's. Makes a world of difference in my 2.7 f150.
Yeah, seems to be people with build this week, then another batch for the 12th. Wonder if this was already planned into the scheduling and just not announced until now.
