Are you latching the front shut before putting the side panels in? That was my mistake at first…..but after dozens of times with mine so far it’s still a decent amount of pull to get the rears in. You’re not alone, it gets easier.

Turns out that I have the 2dr cover not the 4dr 🤣. There should have been an option for ‘user order error‘ in my original post…so I‘m not looking at the 4dr directions but I believe that the intent is to have the soft top completely removed for it to fit over the cab and attach at the tailgate...

Ha! Just watched all of that and agree with all his points, especially with the QC concerns on the outsourced components. that’s said, my 2.7 AB#195 has 18k on it and it’s been great so far.
