Not sure how you're driving but with my 4 door BD, 2.3L, 10 speed on SAS coils and 34" Cooper AT3 XLTs; I'm getting 17-18 city and 21-25 highway. I range from 35-60 mph in the city and 70-75 mph on the highway, usually.

Yes it’s definitely worth it. The ride quality has improved dramatically, less brake dive, etc. I have 34s on there.

I’m not aware of any difference. Mine were just the coil overs with lug nuts. SAS has the same UCA I know for certain. I’m assume same rear lower links. I’m having no issues with mine.
