  1. Check this NOW if you have a 2021 Bronco -- cracks on rear control arm upper brackets

BREAKING NEWS: Local man who modded his vehicle past factory spec and abuses it is shocked when shit starts breaking.
  2. Anyone else use their Bronco as an ATV?

    Eh, maybe.
  3. Why I buy Blue Oval!

I agree the customer service is nice. I'm getting my faulty 10 speed replaced at 26K miles. However, I definitely would not plan to buy a new (or any) Ford again unless for my wife who really wants the Maverick.
  4. I have a 2023 2.3L 10 speed transmission and get 17.3 MPG?

Not sure how you're driving but with my 4 door BD, 2.3L, 10 speed on SAS coils and 34" Cooper AT3 XLTs; I'm getting 17-18 city and 21-25 highway. I range from 35-60 mph in the city and 70-75 mph on the highway, usually.
  5. Black Diamond General Grabbers

I got rid of my Grabbers at 13k miles. They were fine, but I found them to be very under-performant on pavement. They often vibrated strangely and made an almost slapping sound. They absolutely dogged through any kind of road water, picked up/held rocks easy, and were awful at ejecting mud. I...
  6. Anyone holding out long term to be a future classic, or in the Bronco for the long haul?

I’m planning on keeping it for at least 10 years, but not because of potential market value. I just want to get my money’s worth. I didn’t buy this thing as a collector’s item. I bought it because I needed a versatile vehicle that can serve as the daily, work, and play buggy. 20k miles in and...
  7. What rig / vehicle did you give up to get your Bronco?

Gave up my 2011 Kia Sorento at 150k miles. She was a good one, but I love my Bronco!
  8. Best Recommendations for Mounting Traction Boards

Hey all. I have a soft top and am looking for a decent solution to mount my traction boards to my 5th wheel. I've researched myself but can't seem to come up with a solution that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I'd love to see what you all have been able to come up with and recommend. Thanks!
  9. I put Sasquatch Coilovers Take-Offs on my 4 Door Black Diamond

Yes it’s definitely worth it. The ride quality has improved dramatically, less brake dive, etc. I have 34s on there.
  10. I put Sasquatch Coilovers Take-Offs on my 4 Door Black Diamond

Absolutely. It’s way less wishy-washy. Definitely more planted and stiffer.
  11. Before/After: Base Bronco 4D gets 2" lift, Everglades wheels, 35s. Amazing.

It continues to amaze me how much good a lift, wheels, and tires does for the look of the Bronco. It's almost like the base was designed to beg to be lifted. Looks badass!
  12. Big Bend Bronco Toyo Tire Upgrade (285/75r17) on Stock Wheels - Installed Photos

Thanks! Yep they're the AT3 XLT so the beefiest one. I actually did a Sasquatch take-off install from a 4-door Everglades. These are from before & after the lift when I still had the stock Grabber ATX's on. No leveling kit as I don't mind the factory rake. Gained almost 3" total lift after the...
  13. Bigred86's Big Red Build Journal

Love love love the DIY-heritage look. Hello from a fellow Black Diamond owner 👋🏻
  14. Anderson Composites Hard Top installed photos!

Looks good. Love the texture, actually.
  15. Big Bend Bronco Toyo Tire Upgrade (285/75r17) on Stock Wheels - Installed Photos

Looks great! Went with this size on my DIYSquatch and no regrets.
  16. Have a name / nickname for your Bronco?

I've never named my vehicles before this one. This is my "Bumblebee". The local honey-gatherers seem to like it as well.
  17. I put Sasquatch Coilovers Take-Offs on my 4 Door Black Diamond

I’m not aware of any difference. Mine were just the coil overs with lug nuts. SAS has the same UCA I know for certain. I’m assume same rear lower links. I’m having no issues with mine.
