I personally would be happy to pay 5k over sticker if an unclaimed FE came in and I could GET IT NOW! But since I really want to wait for the Warthog, Ill pass on anything more than that. 10k is ridiculousness!
I'm sorry bud! The waiting is the hardest part! So Tom Petty said. I'm waiting on the Warthog though who knows when that will show up.
When I did consider the first year 6g, I was thinking of taking it to my body shop guy and sanding/scotch-bright it and then paint white with some plasticizer...
That might be hard to do. The MIC has a texture to it that might not hold the vinyl right. I'm sure someone who has seen them up close and personal could comment.

she makes me wanna beat things with a steel chair
Go on... Tell us more... Relax on the steel chair though. Sounds too rough....
I think we need to start a collection for the poor bastard who has a day one reservation and gets it LAST! I'd kick in 20 for that :p And maybe some ointment for his backside!
I did not. For two reasons.
1. I really want the Warthog. Check my previous posts, it's well known.
2. I want to really know what I'm getting before I buy.
I'm super pumped for the vehicle like everyone here (most). I just don't really consider it "available to the public" (ie---Me) until...
I think this whole pre-order bullshit is a little too millennial for me. Just build the GD things and get them on the lots. Then we can all buy from dealer stock right off the bat, OR... OR... We could all test drive a real fricken vehicle and then decide if we are going to order just what we...
Dude! Sorry your experiences were bad! I use Turo all the time to rent Jeeps while on vacation. I’ve done this at least 6 times and never been disappointed. California, Utah, Florida, Arizona... It can sometime be a little more hassle than the rental car place, but to get exactly what you...
Those SOB's aren't really going to be growing on trees. You are picking one new product in a bottlenecked process for another!!!! If you really need a vehicle while you wait for what you want, you better look more towards something currently available in dealer stock.... Just an idea...
Afraid? No
Disappointed: Yes
It looks like a forgotten detail.
On the other hand, it's so far away from a dealbreaker that it hardly seems worth talking about one way or the other. Yet here we are.. ...doing what we have come to love doing!
Right? That’s really the only reason. Not for lift, but to help with towing. Towing with a lifted truck looks dangerous with the nose of the vehicle pointing to the sky.
Seems like a missed opportunity to show off flex and articulation. Maybe it's just me, but the camera zoom and angle seems intent on NOT highlighting that stuff... 🤷‍♂️
Shoot! Oil will be EASY for most! Suck it right out the dipstick tube with a pump and spin off the filter. You won't even have to get under the truck!!!!!!!
Ope! Here come the guys that need to get EVERY LAST DROP of oil out! Keep er movin'.....
Not wishing it on any of you, but if you do wreck and want to bail, I would be an interested buyer! Call it the "Bronco Rescue Corral." Where broken Bronco's go to be fixed.
