Should I assume neither kick panel or dash speaker is working? If that is the case you may have shorted amp section of channel. Some times they have internal fuses for clumsy people like us; more than likely none. You just maybe dead in the water.

To be clear, +- 1” diameter increase over OEM tire, but only increases height +-1/2” of vehicle.

Try looking in Enterprise, NV. It’s located SW of Vegas and the 160 will take you to Mt. Potosi. Pretty much as residential neighborhood and box store shopping area.

My point being is that you cannot judge the sound quality of an audio system by the normal criteria with large amounts of extraneous noise. If one's only criteria is how loud it can play without major cone breakup and amp clipping that is something different. My guess is that if this were SQ...

jeez, this is like listening to my home system, that has taken years to put together, cost a lot more than my Bronco, with the windows open in a hurricane and say it sounds like crap. High non distorted volume is not always the judge of sound quality of a system.

PS-There are some spare tire mount LED's out there if having the light higher up would work better for you.
