I think it would be neat to poll all 4 offroadeo locations and see how often they have had this happen. Lots of amateur drives going off road with several versions of the Bronco. I think they have done enough trails they would have a great sample size.
Zero problems. Whipple has a long standing relationship with Ford. I trust their work. My dealer knows I’ve got it because I told them. Dealers get paid for work. They don’t often say no to work. I’ve tuned the last few vehicles and never had a problem with service. And they won’t know...

2. Ford has a cockpit cover that I carry with me in...
For that price I hope they come with some kind of security features that prevent them from being removed easily. I would be afraid to leave my bronco parked anywhere unsupervised.
The temps in the NE this last week will show if this is a problem systemically. I bet there is a pretty good sample size that were tested in the record setting -100 wind chills. I saw a video of their testing of the Bronco in the -40 degree freezer. It's pretty impressive how they test them.
I like where you are going with this but I bet there are some people that say "wind noise, or squeaky top, speakers are not loud enough, tires throw rocks, windshield chips, etc...." all subjective but not real problems in my opinion. Lots of people have never driven an off road capable...
