    The reset does not fix the problem of the window not dropping enough when opening the door. The door panel needs to be taken off and there are some adjustment screws for the window which solves this problem. The dealer should be able to do it, but some have adjusted it themselves.     I think last scheduling was on 12/14 and it was for February. I'm thinking they may schedule Thursday, hopefully Newface will post soon to confirm.
