Actually I think you may have proven my hypothesis. I had felt that there was a transmission issue with my Raptor. Power seemed far less impressive than I have heard. Now granted, I came off a Roush F150 so I was biased. Maybe you are right and my Raptor was a POS... Good news though. I now...
The guy was wrong. My only concern with a police report is that it will be considered an accident. The car fax on your vehicle will record that way. It may drop your value down more than this is worth.
My Raptor was a 2020. The first 2 gears on the Raptor sucked. The 2.7 is better. The top end turbo kicking in was better in the Raptor but this Wild thing feels more powerful to me.
This is the first 2.7 bronco I have driven. I came from a Roush F150 to a Raptor to the 2022 wildtrak. Personally, I think this has more power than the Raptor. I haven’t even messed with sport mode yet. I am very happy with this Wild Thing.
So I was offered 5k over what I paid for my 2020 Raptor. I wound up with a 2022 Wildtrak hard top area 51. They just happened to have gotten one and since I am friends with the owner and GM they called me. I wasn't sure at first but when I drove this machine, WOW..... Faster than my Raptor...
