Not over it per se, but, I'm definitely growing tired and losing a bit of my initial excitement due to the lack of information and poor communication from Ford, and they keep promising this B&P that keeps failing to materialize.
I was gonna trade in my 2017 Jeep Patriot, but, my Wife would rather we trade in her 2012 Patriot instead since it doesn't get driven much anymore, and neither of us are fond of the CVT Transmission in it.
Called Smith Motors in Brookfield, MO and they told me there will be no markups. They also have no doc fees.(I can confirm that from when I bought my F-150 from them.) and they'll honor X-plan pricing unless Ford says otherwise.
I'm now leaning back towards the Wildtrak, as I forgot about adding the Auxiliary Switches(If they're even available as an add-on for the WT and OBX), and the Advanced 4x4, which may further decrease the gap between the OBX and Wildtrak's price....
Argh! We really need that B&P and some more...
The "Sport" mode is available on the Outer Banks, but not "Baja". To be honest, I'm starting to lean heavily towards an Outer Banks since it can be kitted out almost exactly like a Wildtrak aside from Hood Graphics and "Baja" mode and it comes in a bit cheaper.
I'm really hoping there's...
Reserved a 4 door Black Diamond, but I'll be changing that now to one of these choices:
EDIT: Changed my mind...again, and again, and again. *laughs* New choices:
4 door Wildtrak
Area 51
High Package (maybe stick with Mid
Towing Package
Steel Bumper
Upgraded Bash Plates
Leather interior
4...
Area 51. It's been one my top three picks, and my Wife absolutely loved the color, so, that is the color we're going for.
...That being said, Carbonized Gray is still looking damn good too!
4 Door Wildtrak. It's gonna be my beastly Daily Driver. Mix of highway and dirt road to and from work each day. I'm also going to hunt down some nice muddy areas and go a little crazy from time to time.
Still sticking with my Wildtrak so far. Going for the High Package, Side steps, Steel Bumper, Upgraded Bash Plates, Towing Package, and leather(price depending).
Edit: Nope! Sticking with the Wildtrak, for sure. Seeing those new pictures of the Squatched 4 door has me sold!
33, with 34 coming up fairly soon. Married, no kids, 3 dogs. Getting a 4 door Wildtrak. Been dreaming about getting a Bronco for many years now, and I'm still having a hard time believing I'll finally own one.
Started out reserving a Black Diamond. Later changed my mind and am now going for a Wildtrak when it comes time to order. After looking at these potential prices? I'm still standing firm with my Wildtrak.
I've got a Black Diamond reserved, but, once it comes time to order I'm going for a 4 door Wildtrak with:
Area 51
Sidesteps
HD Modular Front Bumper
Upgraded Bash Plates
High Package (Price depending)
Leather trimmed interior (Price depending)
Now, if the Sasquatch package ends up looking like...
Changing it up from my previous vote: I've switched from a 4 door Black Diamond to a 4 door Wildtrak. It comes standard with everything I wanted to add: V6, Auto, Hard top, Mid Package. Plus, it's Squatched out already. The only things for me to add to it is the towing package, side steps, and...
