They are quite busy all the time from my experience. I personally don't deal with them but my brother has had a couple of bad experiences with the service department. I prefer my small town dealership. I'm getting my Bronco at Irish Hills Ford in Brooklyn. Unfortunately they don't have a dealer...

Probably goes without saying, but Michigan is full of Ford employees. Definitely helps when you can save around 7-8% off MSRP.
