I have seen mention on some of the various threads that people looking to change from the FE were having issues doing so with the FORD ordering system. Would not surprise me if it took till the end of this week or beginning of next. Hopefully someone in the same situation will chime in.

I did not hear anything about additional allocation in February from Granger. Zach said April is when additional allocation will be assigned by FORD.
