I don't believe Ford has provided any explanation as to what this means.
Everybody is entitled to their own opinion on what constitutes effective communication and everyone's expectations are different. I imagine there are a few that are perfectly satisfied, but I suspect that is a small percentage.

As āDirectorā of communications, it his job to make sure that effective communication is occurring. Corporate communication, emails, support lines, etc. Anybody think that is happening?
Sure, there will always be someone that doesn't want any particular change, but it was not an insignificant cost to upgrade to high and lux. If nav was part of your justification to upgrade, the complaints are legitimate.
This is another ridiculous communication failure by Ford.
Why are buyers finding this out via the order guide vs communication from Ford?
Is this due to a chip shortage and Ford intends to add nav later?
