You could be right. I do know people have reported their window-stickers were updated and different from when they were first released. I've also seen that info on where to get the rail car number in F150 forums, Mustang forums, and even older posts in Ford Focus forums.
BUT... the Bronco...
Now I very well could be incorrect (so don't quote me). I just know looking around I found this:
See where it says shipping car no? I figured the Bronco would be no different than the mustang (but maybe it is). And when I call and enter that number from my window sticker it is giving me...
Mine at least made it to a railyard in Chicago and was offloaded there yesterday. It may sit there for a bit until it's ready for whatever train is heading out west. Not sure how many layovers/transitions it will have between there and here.
I tried to get my railcar number from my dealer and he said he couldn't get that info. Upon further research I found he does have that info (as well as all of us who have a shipped car)... it's on the top of the window sticker. At least the railcar number.

I know the PPF isn't cheap, but $6,500? Ouch...
I've got the AR BYOD rail and the retro Bronco script badges. That's all I have for now. Will order some step/slider combos at some point and some PPF and tint. Got a quote for the full-body stealth PPF yesterday... $6,500? Will definitely be shopping around on that!
So with this price protection... does that also cover the "upgraded" HD Modular Bumper? So it appears the difference in base price from original order to this window sticker is $2,000. But my original order had the HD Modular Bumper "included" and my window sticker shows it's an additional...
I guess I've "held strong" this whole time? It really hasn't been that frustrating or up and down for me. But then again, when I put in my reservation and eventually my order I just succumbed to the fact that this process is going to take a while so I'm not going to worry about it and check...
