Zero change in ETIS since the original mid-June production date.
So much aggravation watching later builds get delivered. I cannot help but wonder if I will instantly hate Ford and this vehicle if it is eventually delivered.
Yes, I do not have access to the "Pizza Tracker" or Ford production emails, so I am forced to rely on a combination of calls to Ford CXS, dealer, and the B6G tracker. The information that I have been provided on the phone is that the Primary Status is "In Production" but that it also says...
Well, a couple things:
1. With the spare tire on the back and the swing out tailgate, you need additional pieces to make it work. I was trying to make my life simpler and not harder with the Bronco. That effort has become a miserable failure.
2. In the winter, I do not carry my bikes outside...
Yes, I have the Kuat NV2. With the spare tire and swing out tailgate, I would need to install a swing-out attachment at a minimum and possibly also an extension before getting to the installation of the actual rack. I remove it after every use, so I am beginning to worry that this would actually...
Yes, I have planned to attach something like this for thru-axles to a 2X4 or something, slightly angled to allow 2 bikes together without handlebar interference. Going to take some measurements of a mannequin today.
Oof, the 4Runner looks much smaller in side-by-side photos (I believe the older 4Runners were smaller too?):
If you are saying you have experience that the interior is less spacious in the Bronco, that is concerning. My intent had been to have at least one bike upright in the back, which...
Wanting to bump this thread now that more people are driving their Broncos. I thought this vehicle would offer greater versatility compared to my more traditional SUV due to the larger square rear cargo space, but perhaps all this time waiting is giving me too much time to doubt my judgement.
I...
Looks fantastic. Would love to try one of these tents one day.
I am very curious as to the offset of those wheels. Looks just right with the (?) non-SAS wheels.
This seems like a term most commonly used in criminal proceedings involving incarceration:

Somehow appropriate.
The optimistic view would be this is final inspection. The pessimistic view is I am getting a Defender.
So, I have changed my status back to "In Production". When the tracking info did not change today, I called Ford back. The CXS today said that he sees "Produced" but also "Pending Disposition". These terms are not the same as the online tracking, but if anyone has any insight into what the...
So, that worked!
The tracker now shows the information. In there, the status appears as "In Production", which meshes with @CO-Bronco's statements. I do want to believe what the CXS told me this morning, so I wonder if the online tracker trails the information the phone agents have.
My only thought would be to leave the deposit in place and try to negotiate something with the dealership. If the fault is with Ford, maybe they can be allowed to release the vehicle. Otherwise, at least you have that on hold, allowing you to search for something else while the clock ticks.
