I will definitely take some pics this weekend before I either change out the banjo bolt or cut the head down on the stock one.
I am still discovering the trails around here, I know there is the Prairie City off road park out in the Sac area. Have you been there, is worth checking out? The...
I will have to go back and look for your post. Thanks for pointing out that the front and rear are in slightly different locations, I didn't consider that. The rear did clear with no scrapping on the wheel weights, but I guess I will need to pay closer attention to where the wheel weights are...
Nope, I didn't take a picture but the bolt was hitting the rim of the wheel. I am going to mess around with it this weekend, I will be sure to take a picture. Even with the Method wheels the bolt was scrapping the wheel weights. I need to get the tires re-balanced and see if they can place...
Mine finally arrived last week and I installed them this past weekend. For the most part everything went together without issue. However, I went to put on my stock SAS wheels and they didn't fit on the front. The front caliper banjo bolt was hitting the wheel. Did anyone else have this...
Ya, I was thinking the same thing. I did want to go with a little bigger tire, however, I really want to try out the Baja Boss and I believe that is the largest size they offer. Being in Tahoe, the tire needs to perform well in the snow and from everything I have read the Baja Boss checks off...
I am leaning towards the Baja Boss AT in 37s, from my research they seem to be pretty good in the snow and being in Tahoe I am going to need that. I was going to run them on the stock wheels, but I got a good deal on a set of Method 705 wheels and since they have a +35 offset they should work...
Very nice, I like your set up. I have a set of 74 Weld portals on order, fingers crossed they will ship soon. I also have their stage 3 steering rack installed, however, I am running the Icon tie rods. We also seem to have gone with the same Fox 2.5 set up and I believe we have the same rear...
Could I run just the springs or would I have to do the valving as well? Assuming I could just run the springs, would I leave the pre-load ring at the factory setting or would I need to adjust it?
For reference: I am currently running two ROAM 66L boxes (with recovery gear and some tools)...
I really like the meds cabinet and the rear cargo tray for the 4 door. It looks like I missed the meds cabinet deal, however, will the cargo tray be part of the deal on the 19th?
Thanks for sharing. I ordered both the Stage 3 rack and the portals, the rack should be here in about a week or two. The portals are going to take a little bit longer, hopefully by the end of January they should arrive. In the meantime I am trying to get all the info I can to help the install...
