  1. 7000 miles and my bumper is falling off UPDATED

Right? It's the WORST! And we didn't even have a bad winter here in Michigan this year. :(
  2. 7000 miles and my bumper is falling off UPDATED

I did not. Is that a thing? Should I be doing that? My sales guy was awesome, do you think he could help? I obviously have no idea what I'm doing. :)
  3. 7000 miles and my bumper is falling off UPDATED

Here are some pics: Pic of the actual bolt no longer attached to bumper Here you can see the separation between vehicle and bumper. It was a lot farther away than this originally. It's closer now because I had to use a zip tie to keep it from falling off. Zip ties are the only thing...
  4. 7000 miles and my bumper is falling off UPDATED

Suburban Ford in Waterford. They have been great so far. It's not them as of it, it's the Ford warranty people, whoever "they" are.
  5. 7000 miles and my bumper is falling off UPDATED

I don't think so because there is literally no other damage to the bumper, surrounding paint, etc.
  6. 7000 miles and my bumper is falling off UPDATED

Sorry! I didn't think of it. I'm new here, LOL. I will add pics as soon as I can get back out to my car at lunch :)

  8. 7000 miles and my bumper is falling off UPDATED

Has anyone else had this happen? I was washing my car when I noticed that the right side of my rear bumper looked like it was no longer attached to my vehicle. Upon further inspection, I was correct. The bolts underneath my car that are supposed to be holding my bumper to the vehicle look like...
  9. How do you wash your Bronco?

What do you use on the moldings? I can't quite get them to look like new.
  10. Things That Bother Me About My Bronco

I may or may not have printed out the 500+ page manual. 😂
  11. First Windshield Cracked

You are correct. Totally forgot that they mentioned that as well. Thus, the extra windshield insurance is worth it!! UGH.
  12. First Windshield Cracked

Hanover Insurance Group. I pay about $170 a month. Worth it, as they said that the windshield was probably going to be somewhere between $800 and $1000!!
  13. First Windshield Cracked

I am also in Michigan. I have added additional windshield coverage on my insurance, so I will not even have to pay my deductible. I figure the added cost will be worth it as unfortunately, I think we will be seeing MANY broken windshields in our future. :(
  14. First Windshield Cracked

SAME! 7,000 miles with a vertical crack that goes from the driver's side center view all the way across to the passenger side. Replacement windshield is back ordered and they said 4-6 weeks but that it was a generous estimate and would probably be longer :(
  15. Paint Chipping Easily

I have an Area 51. Lots of chips on the bottom of the doors, and I also have not been off road. I added the mud flaps too, even though I don't like them either.

@GTPrincessa Same. I've done the touchless car wash twice. Other than that, it's been those self-serve wash bays all the way.

@GTPrincessa The regular car wash? And it hasn't scratched your windows?

@AllthePonies Same! I am now the person I used to make fun of. :)
