Assume the risk of airing down to fit in the garage was too high.
Also anyone here considering buying you won’t be disappointed. This is the perfect base for overlanding. The other racks I’ve seen offer lower profiles and may include some innovative side mount solutions but don’t compare in...
87” and 91”
The roof curvature comes into play and the front light bar sits as highest point of the rack. remember the center of the front seal was 6.75” but going off the Birds Eye view center of bronco to if a cross bar was located on the rack it’d be about 5.5”
You’ll probably need cross bars no matter what. RTTs will have cross members that need to attach to the cross bars. GOBI does have options for these cross bars I think what is pictured are the adjustable ones that sit higher then the standards.

I’ll admit I’m in the wrong. I was being sarcastic and certainly not productive to the thread. Fun tip though there are cameras everywhere and that video becomes data.
Yup exactly why I refuse to pull out of the garage. Just think of the world getting their eyes on my private personal plate number and if I must leave I always remove my plates first as to not alert anyone.
If I had the confidence my kids wouldn’t destroy anything nice I’d buy a new home with 8’+ garage doors but for now I’m stuck with 83” openings and my 23zero awning is maxing out all 83 inches. No way am I getting a decent RTT and still parking in the garage.
No, Rooftop is on. I used the outer seal seen below. Went straight down the best I could about 18" from the righthand side of the Bronco towards the middle and was just shy of 8" (7 and 5/6") If my tape was able to drop straight down without hitting the rack it would of been more like 7 and 3/4"...
