I bought a 2021 Base Bronco, and it looked like a mail SUV with those silver steelies and stock tires!! I knew for myself it was going to be the first thing I changed.
I've read the painted tops seem like a better quality top, so go with that route. Just to be safe, the MIC tops are being built the same still have problems.
If you get it replaced, make sure you go over the replacement with a fine-tooth comb. I had mine replaced three times; one of the new panels was bad and had to be sent back.
I used the California Duster for many years on my black trucks. It works great, doesn't scratch the paint, and takes the dust right off. I've been to a lot of car shows, and people use these on their high-end cars.
