  1. Has anyone spoken to a Ford salesman that actually knew as much as you do?

Yes and no, so from what we have been told. We are to contact the customers when it is time. To schedule a time for them to either stop in and covert it to an order. Or I could see this being done over the phone with COVID. Although I can see Ford sending an email to customers as well, letting...
  2. Has anyone spoken to a Ford salesman that actually knew as much as you do?

I am in sales in Van Wert Ohio, along with being the dealer Bronco Specialist.. I can say we do have the color swatches that are really really close to the actual color you will see in person. (Color swatches also smell of fresh paint lol)Most of my info on photos and small details has come from...

  5. Auxiliary Switches - alternative location?

If it is anything like their super duty aux switches. The wires will be cut and shrink wrapped underneath the steering wheel(just above gas/brake pedal).Typically tucked up in there just enough to stay out of the driver's feet. Sorry if that is an overly confusion description. Best I could think...

  7. Pics of Bronco w/ top removed -- shows satellite radio antenna, Bronco stamping, soft top

Sorry if this has already been answered, when it comes to the satellite antenna. Is the antenna below the hard-top/soft-top roof? Would that affect signal? Just curious if anyone knew more about that type of tech
  8. Fridge vs. Yeti cooler

No clue. I agree, It would be of concern if the panel can generate enough. In looking it over briefly, It would seem there is a rechargeable battery that can be charged off the panel as well as the vehicle. Here is a link to the one I would more than likely get...
  9. Fridge vs. Yeti cooler

I am potentially looking at a Snowmaster fridge/freezer for longer trips. Expensive, although has some useful features such as a solar panel to draw power from. When the vehicle is off
  10. Is anyone else considering a Bronco that is overkill for your daily use...but looks so cool you want to buy it anyway?

True! I am awaiting to see if residual values are similar to the F-150 lineup. I get the feeling it will be with how high demand is
  11. Is anyone else considering a Bronco that is overkill for your daily use...but looks so cool you want to buy it anyway?

In my experience of the 2 years in automotive sales. I have found that the desired vehicles are "typically" a little more expensive than a customer initially planned. I sold myself on the Badlands, which I know will equal a $700 a mo. payment. Just on the fact of not "wishing" I would have done...
  12. What’s your bronco backup plan?

The interior for the Badlands doesn't impress me. Although I am locked in, this will be a vehicle I plan on driving until the wheels fall off ???
  13. Yakima or Aftermarket Roof Rack? - Poll

With the current numbers on load capacities, I am more apt to look for a roof rack that would be similar to the Filson build on a roof top tent. Something that has posts reaching past the A-piller to the corner of the hood/mirror. This to add better structural integrity. Even with the free labor...

  15. What Are the Advantages to a Rooftop Tent?

  16. What Are the Advantages to a Rooftop Tent?

110 Dynamic, 450 Static. I weight in at 240. Being 6'4". I may need to lose weight, or find an upgraded roof rack ?
  17. What Are the Advantages to a Rooftop Tent?

They're pretty heavy. (100lbs+) It would take all of two people to steal one. Which is not out of the question. I just imagine it would be awkward. I have done quite the research on what would be the best one out there. CVT offers a good range of tents. Pricey! Although good quality. I plan on...
