You can't use canceling. It's getting built and if you cancel the dealership will just sell it anyway and likely with an ADM attached. If they're holding on to MSRP, try to squeeze more from them on a trade-in price(if you have one). You could also try and talk them into a free extended...
@Sandbergo I wondered about your order bc I saw others in the 8/26 email thread that some of those peeps had reservations a couple months later but had Base models. Congrats to you!
@Freebird32 unless you already have a VIN or you ordered a First Edition, you will 100% be MY22 because of the MIC. If you were a day 1 or day 2 reservation and switched to a soft top now, you could very well see it this year. Also, a restored Landcruiser would kick ass. Definitely do that...

For those keeping track(BTW, I'm one of those), I received a build email on Thursday for Sept 13th. I was a 7/14 reservation and ordered 4dr Badlands, 2.7, SAS, Lux, and soft top(I switched from MIC when Ford offered the prep kit). Ordered through Mullinax at Kissimmee.
I got my build email today for the week of Sept 13th. I was a 7/14 res. BL, 4door, 2.7, SAS, and LUX, and soft top. I switched to the soft top when Ford offered the prep kit.
