To me, it seems 2010-2020 was defined by the death of domestic sedans, and the birth of 57 crossovers that all look the same, and the addition of far more in-car infotainment and safety features.
It's looking like the big news of 2020-2030 will be electrification. What else will the decade...
Sometimes it seems like there is a chance that the Bronco will be able to check off every box on a dreamer's list. If it does though, the cost could be very high, due to required involvement from companies like Roush or similar.
People don't want to pay what electric cars are worth. If the manufacturer sells them at a loss, AND the government chips in, then they sell. Otherwise...

That makes some good sense for some usage scenarios.
Even without a lift and tire machine, swaps are super easy if you have the offroad tires on their own second set of wheels. All you need is a jack, and ideally an impact gun.
Some vehicles do make clarifying comments on the towing capacity in the owners manual. Sometimes a weight distributing hitch is required to tow max weight, and sometimes there is also a clarification with regards to frontal area of the trailer.
In many cases though, a vehicle's tow capacity...
Based on this thread, I believed a Camry was capable on unpaved roads, so I went out and bought one right away. It was going well for a while, but then my luck ran out, and I got suck on a road that some guy on the internet said he could do on a tricycle while pulling a trailer. I had to call...
Would that not be a little rude, trying to create buzz for Ford at a Jeep / Mopar sponsored event? I suppose Ford could chip in some sponsorship money too, but I can't see Ford sponsoring an event that literally has Jeep in the name.
I've never been to EJS, so maybe my thoughts are a little...
I voted for styling and daily drive-ability.
To have a chance of ending up in my driveway, the Bronco needs styling that will appeal to my wife, and I want a vehicle that is not excessively loud, harsh, or uncomfortable.
Another key point not mentioned in the poll is price. I don't exactly...
At this time, I still fear the long term costs and complexities of such a system, however, it seems ideally suited to how I use my vehicle. I have a short, in town commute 5 days a week, but I do a lot of road trips on weekends, often towing a small trailer. To be able to do all my commuting...
I'd expect that most brand new vehicles released 2021 or later will at least have consideration given to fitting a hybrid powertrain of sorts. But, as frinesi2 said, making a good full electric vehicle seems to go best when building from the ground up, with only electric in mind.
It's a head turner for sure.
Capability sounds fantastic, and price is lower than I expected.
The styling. Well, I appreciate that they were trying to be functional, and bold, but even if I was willing to drive around in one, my wife said no to riding shotgun in one, so...
