I haven't had to wait nearly that long but still anxious to see the "built" status to finally pop. My dealer didn't give much in the way of info today but he didn't shoot down chat's 2/1 - 2/4 ETA either. So maybe there is hope!

No worries. Its the final step in the build process. Its generally generated after the emissions check. You can find it by going to https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt Enter your VIN and the captcha and it pull a page that lists all the active modules on your truck. Up top there is a spot...

Yeah, it's weird. Not sure what the hold-up is on the tracker. Hopefully, chat is correct in their assessment of the ETA. I'm going to keep pushing for them to give me rail car info so I can confirm or not. I checked my dealer's site and it's not listed on their "in transit" section yet either...

Still no movement to “built” status for me. Wondering if they just skipped right over that step. Chat moved their delivery ETA by 3 days to 2/1 - 2/4. Not putting a lot of faith in that till I see the “built” status.

Does anyone know if the 90 day wait period for some that provide xplan benefits is checked?

Did chat give you the rail car or dealer?

Has anyone tried to use the X-plan without fulfilling your 90 day wait yet? Wondering if it’s worth purchasing the Mustang club. Delivery for me should be mid Feb.

Not sure. Mine never moved to "built" status. I do have a tear tag as of Monday so not sure what the hold-up is.

I just got the same email. Bummer but chat told me 2/1 - 2/7 for ETA on dealership delivery this morning. We shall see.

I was just given an ETA to the dealership of 2/1 - 2/7 by chat but not sure how accurate that is. Not sure how they can accurately give an ETA if its not even shipped yet. 🤷‍♂️
