I have procured one, I know the parts guy at a Lincoln dealership....used to be a Ford place, but got purchased by another auto group. Anyways, they had a brand new Strope edition on the lot at the auto groups Ford place so the mileage was easy to google...lol. Anyways got out of there for...
I think we need a "trope"... it is a scope mounted keyfob holder or a "tristal" which is a pistol grip that holds your key fob.....cause no one loosed there rifle/pistol and you are likely not to get robed if you have one.
I think it would be awesome if you made it a mag charger so you don't need a cord to the bottom of the phone. Super sleek if you can get someone to engineer it. Maybe a version 2.0 idea????? I give it for free. LOL.
I ordered this:
FAKRA SMB F 8011 brown Female Jack to F 8011 brown Male Plug Cable
- Cable Type: RG316
- Length: 3
- Unit of Length: Foot
But ended up going with 16' instead of 3' and also Z type connectors instead of F type.

That is correct. Since I am using a ford factory antenna I just need the extension cable made that has the same male and female connectors respectively versus the one metalcloak had made.
I think since the factory location is on top of the C pillar that anywhere without clear view of the sky will provide less than optimal results. The top of my roof rack is a grate so lots of diamond shaped openings....and that made xm radio useless. So your idea sounds problematic.
Ok it is as I suspected. The correct part for both navigation and satellite radio is the M2DZ-10E893-A Aerial Assembly GPS, Bronco. Navigation/satellite. MSRP $41 ish.
After installing it yesterday....I get my XM radio working fine. Here is my final install photo. 3d printed puck and some...
Ok so finally got everything installed with the -B antenna which at the time of ordering was the only one in stock and it definitely is just GPS. I get errors on the XM radio source of not receiving signal but my navigation works just fine. I have now ordered the A version of the antenna and...
I really like this design. I need to measure my clearance under the front LCA. I still feel like that is the best place to jack from to get front tires off ground.
