On the investment topic generally (Not the OP down payment question)....for any of you DIY investors here is a great online course on how to build a good long-term portfolio that outperforms the market and does not experience the large market drops. I did this a few years ago and it has helped...
Yeah this pic shows another reason I like CG (or IS) vs black is that a lot of the styling details and lines get lost on an all black truck. I like the contrast of the black and CG with door handles, etc.
I had a couple of black jeeps but switched to granite metallic (a little darker then CG) because I got tired of trying to keep black clean looking and it shows every swirl, etc. But I still wanted a darker color. And I don't see scratches that much like others are saying (but silver is better in...
Good luck. I also prefer black modular top but don't want to wait. If we hear something different while we can still change orders then I will add it then.
I like velocity blue also but didn't want blue and orange on the inside.
I ordered lux so if that gets late delivery then I will just add...

I lease and buy (or borrow) and look at each vehicle separately...
For my 2 door order I am doing Badlands with optional wheels. If I was going to get a 4 door I would probably Sasquatch. Also want to do MT.
This video shows 2 door Sasquatch and I think the proportion are just off vs 33s...
As someone who has owned Jeeps since the TJ, I will say the JL is much better than earlier models in many ways.
I think the JL soft top will be superior with noise, easy of use, etc. to the 2021 bronco soft top from what I have seen in the pics/videos so far. Jeep/bestop has had many...
I have had 6 Jeeps over the past 20-25 years including a couple AEV built and lifted Jeeps. I currently have a JL Rubicon. Never had death wobble on any of my Jeeps. And very few issues overall. I know it exists but I think way over estimated as a possibility in particular the new JLs. A lot of...
