I’ve got the Ford version of the Bestop bimini but I get the seatbelt flapping when the top is on with windows down, even then it’s just certain conditions mostly related to how windy it is outside. I’m not too bothered by it.

Maybe try a seatbelt pad cushion thing. Maybe it would add some weight and stop the flapping or just silence it. Amazon has some options for $8 or so.

I get it sometimes on a windy day with the windows down top on. With the top off it’s rare.
