1st, I don't care what the ratings of these engines are compared to older engines. That's irrelevant imo.
2nd, I don't think it's irrational to have questions about a little 4 cylinder with larger tires. Short term, maybe it'll be alright but long term?
3rd, I'm getting a 4dr because I have a...
Same here. I really want the manual but I'm just not entirely comfortable when I think about that little 2.3l 4cyl with 35's. Eventually I'd really like to go 37's and that makes me feel even more trepidatious. I'd feel much more comfortable with the 2.7. If only I could get it with the manual...
Let's get really crazy. How about the 2.7 mansquatch for option 7? ?
I do wonder, how many that are gonna go with the 2.3 to get the manual would instead get a 2.7 if it was available with the manual?
We did homemade pizza with the kids last night where they got to pick the toppings. One of them was a bacon and pineapple pizza. I'll just say "you're welcome" in advance ;)
Now it's three of us, they'll never stand a chance! I actually don't mind it because while everyone else is awake and getting frustrated that the page won't load because everyone is trying to get on at the same time, it'll have been worked it by the time we get up.
I love watching F1. The Merc dominance has been getting tiring but it's been fun watching the midfield with all the young drivers that are coming up, some great battles.
I'd really love to have the heated steering wheel but I have no desire for anything in the lux package. If they made a cold weather pack like the wrangler, I wouldn't even be doing the mid pack. Either way, it's gonna be a serious upgrade from my truck that currently doesn't have a working heater.
Maybe it's just me but we, as the consumers, shouldn't have to try and put in a bunch of work in to convince them to take our money. If they want our money, they should be working for it. It's obvious to me from the pretty quick replies to the initial outreach to gauge interest that there is...
I'm excited and annoyed. I'm excited because I really like what I see. I think, with the available info about the Bronco, Ford designed a great vehicle. Ultimately, time will tell but it looks good right now. I'm annoyed because they've "released" it basically a year before it would be available...
I really need to stop seeing that saddle leather interior. I love how it looks, but I want the vinyl for ease of cleaning with my kids and keeping it cheaper, hahaha. Cool that he said the top (at least the front panels) are removable with the factory roof rack on.
I live in Montana and I'd consider a switch for Granger pricing. It's a bit of a drive but still 400-500 miles closer then the other places I'm looking at. Like others have, they need to get their deal out ASAP though because that deadline to switch dealers is approaching quick.
Standard equipment is the 8" touchscreen. Personally, I'd rather not have a touchscreen in my vehicle and if no touchscreen was a choice, it's the one I'd choose.
If they do this, I'll be more than happy to drop the mid. I don't like all the "driver assist" junk, I hate all the beeping my wife's car, a 2016 fusion, does. It's a great car but that stuff is annoying and distracting.
For me it's the heated seats and (if I end up with the 2.7 & AT) remote start. I live in MT and it gets really cold and I would use both of those features every day. I'd leave all the other stuff off if I could, don't need or want them.
I answered black but at the end of the day, I'll take any of the color options in this poll. I want a modular top, body color, grey, white, black... I don't care.
You're probably right, that's just what I saw but I wasn't looking too much. I did see Ford performance charges $780/wheel for the raptor beadlocks and that kinda blew my mind. I estimated $4k for the squatch based on the tremor package but didn't take into account the beadlocks so $5k seems to...
It's not that I'm in for a nice long conversation with a salesman from a dealership, it is more that I want them to value me as a customer. A phone call, text or email that would take 5 minutes max just to say "Thanks for reserving a bronco with us, we appreciate you choosing to put this...
