I would bet that most of the internal components are the same and also add to that the new 2024 Ranger Raptor built at the same factory as Bronco will also have the 3.0 engine.
I get that the F-150 is Ford's best cash cow but if only they cared about the Bronco a little bit more and the F-150 a little less. I can confirm from my local dealer that the F-150's are piling up while a lot on this forum still can't get a Bronco!
The Badlands is actually the weakest trim of all the Broncos because of the sway bar disconnect. When you disable the sway bar the wimpy little tie rods are more susceptible to breaking.
The Wildtrak is actually the strongest trim level of all the Broncos because of the standard Hoss 3.0...
The thought of buying a hardtop for $6000 when it was on my sticker for $695 makes me say a hard NO! That is why it was a deal breaker to me to have a hardtop from the factory. Paying $6000 is like paying $3000 to $4000 over msrp for a dual top factory Bronco, I don’t do over msrp!
You are right there, they definitely look incomplete without the back covers like the Raptors have. If the Mabett lights had not come out I would have gone the route you did!
Honestly I don't know but I have wired them so I can use just one white each side for road use with the factory fog switch. Then I have wired one aux switch to give me the second white light on each side and one switch to give me all 4 as amber. All this for less that $300 and looks just like...
