  1. Texas Off-Roadeo 3/29/25

I was in Jay's group. Jay was awesome as well. I can't say enough good things about the instructors really. Very knowledgeable, very patient, and made sure we all had fun and learned some things.
  2. Texas Off-Roadeo 3/29/25

The plan was for my wife to drive the first half of the day and I drive the second half. She was having so much fun I let her drive all day. She had a blast! Here are some pics and videos from the day.
  3. Texas Off-Roadeo 3/29/25

That was freaking awesome!! If you have the opportunity to do an Off-Roadeo, do it. Especially if you are an offroad novice. You will learn a ton and have a blast in the process. And you get to spend the day with other Bronco enthusiasts. Winner winner chicken dinner!
  4. First new Ford...Probably the last Ford

I guess I've just learned over the years not to let stuff bother me. I can honestly say there is nothing on my Bronco that annoys me enough to complain about it. But I haven't really had any issues with it either. I'm sure quite a few on this forum would find plenty of problems with it though...
  5. Bronco foursome rolling south on 281 from Johnson City 3/22?

Shout out here if you were in the group of 4 Broncos rolling south down 281 yesterday from Johnson City. I was in the topless black 4DR you all passed. Looked like y'all were returning from some off road fun.
  6. Texas Off-Roadeo 3/29/25

Thread resurrection... Coming up next weekend. Any of you going to be at Texas Off-Roadeo 3/29? We're looking forward to it. Should be fun.
  7. Car cover recommendation?

Only slightly Bronco related... My black Bronco evicted my Black F150 from the garage so I'm looking for a good quality, good value cover for my F150. Recommendations on brands, features, and retailers much appreciated!
  8. Incorrect Order

    They've got a phone #. Call em.
  9. Central Texas (Austin, San Antonio, New Braunfels, etc.) Meetup?

I'd be hip to a get together. I'm not on FB or IG so...
  10. Now Available: Steeda Bronco 2.3L/2.7L Axle-Back Exhaust System (2021-2024) w/Video

Little bit of a thread resurrection here to update. I've had this exhaust for a couple months now and I'm very happy with it. It has either mellowed a bit or maybe I'm just used to it now, but it has a very sweet tone and makes the 2.3L even more fun!
  11. Soft Top Hoist

Got it installed. Works very well. Happy with it.
  12. Why did Ford make it so hard to put the doors back on?

Thanks for posting this. I've had an intermittent click/rattle in my driver side rear door and hadn't been able to pinpoint it. Saw your post and checked the tightness and found the upper bolt to not be as snug as it should have been. Torqued it up and it seems to have fixed the issue.
  13. Door Panel Fit

Agreed. Mine fit really well and are easy to take off. I'd say pull it loose and see what's keeping it from seating properly.
  14. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Today I learned how to tie a figure 8 follow through knot (thank you, YouTube!) and completed the installation of my Harken Hoister and hoisted the soft top off my Bronco. The plan is to leave it off until October, but I guess we'll see what the Texas summer has to say about that.
  15. Soft Top Hoist

I ordered one of these kits https://hoisterdirect.com/store/index.php?route=product/category&path=102 Haven't gotten it in yet so can't really say how effective it is.
