I have my set but I haven't installed them yet...waiting on Bronco to arrive lol. I will say that I've heard from numerous sources that RLT's customer service is second to none. I'd be willing to bet that they ship you a replacement set without hesitation if it's truly a flawed set.

I was also just pushed from 1/6 to 1/12. Seems the Ford website and "backdoor link" are also very glitchy this morning. The only tracker I'm able to access to see any updates is the link from my "shipped" email.
