How are people widening these? I hadn't seen a completed set yet so was curious. I have some Addictive Designs bumpers on order but will be a couple months so will have to wait and then dont really want to repurchase so can I use a insulator spacer for the few mm that they are widened? Thanks...

Thanks - So it sounds like I am on the right track. Any thoughts to a cutoff switch or disconnect from the battery after the TOAD was put in tow mode? This is what we did on the GM products.

@grtharris is the 12v hardline from the battery and charge line from the RV to ensure power to the supplemental portable brake (in my case Patriot 2). If so how about using the 12v port from a very large battery pack (i.e. Jackery 1500) which would last far more than needed
