Go to http://www.ford.com/help/contact wait a second for the "start chatting" box to appear.....click on that and then fill in blocks and leave VIN blank. Just choose the first option in the drop down list for the nature of the inquiry.

Do we have confirmation the current FPT will work on the 24's? I'm assuming they will. Considering having the dealer install it when my Wildtrak comes in and before I even pick it up. I have a 150 now and know all too well the weird 10-speed trans funkiness.
Just stopping by to reinforce what the others have....you should have zero guilt in expecting them to replace those CA's. Shoddy work = honest feedback with expectations to fix it
you might be surprised. I have the same build and have a VIN and 1/15 build week. No email from Ford but chat was able to look it up with order # and dealer info.
Well this is crazy but I jumped on the bandwagon just to see. My order only went in this past Tuesday 11/28. Insane! (4dr, Cactus Gray, Lux, tow, full vehicle bash plates, dual tops, hoop steps)
The only email I received was the initial confirmation from Ford Wed morning.
