  1. Ray Rocks Missouri

I’ve had my ā€˜23 Badlands for a little over a month now, so decided to take it out for some proper off-roading. Ray Rocks in MO is an old rock quarry, with some large open sandy areas as well as heavily wooded tree trails. Area is not too far from where I'm located in Kansas City and just kind of...
  2. Off road driving destroys my average lifetime mileage...

Went to a local park near me this last weekend. Started the trip meter before I left home. ~30 mile trip there, +4 hours of off roading and I was sitting about 12 MPG by the time I left. No complaints!
  3. IAG I Line Front Mud Flaps Installed

I've installed the same, front and rear. Fronts were a real life saver driving down gravel roads back at my parents. Even with, still have rock chips in the rear flares, but would have been much worse without the guards. Really came in handy running into some deep mud ruts at a local OHV park...
  4. Ford Accessories 4th of July Sale - 25% Off. What'd you buy?

Pretty straightforward I think, maybe a few tricky spots but nothing you can’t handle with basic tools and skills. Here’s a video from Chase Gentry with an overview of the install process. As far as warranty, I suspect it wouldn’t affect it being as it is a Ford kit and doesn’t affect engine...
  5. Ford Accessories 4th of July Sale - 25% Off. What'd you buy?

Simplest, likely so. But the Ford Performance one seems very beefy with all the support points. Also cheaper than any other option with this 25% sale going on. I had been comparing a few options for a while and ordered Ford Performance this week. Already arrived at my door, so I’ll tackle the...
  6. Ford Accessories 4th of July Sale - 25% Off. What'd you buy?

Nice! I was looking to get the dual ARB compressor kit when it was 15% off last month but (luckily) the discount code didn't work for that item for some reason. Now at 25% off, I think I have to!
  7. What is the best way to put Bronco in park

I just wish the parking brake wasn’t electric. Seems extremely unnecessary.
  8. Finally joined the club!

The 5.0 was a manual. The Badlands has the 2.7 auto. The 5.0 was a lot of fun. Bought it new ten years ago. Loved driving it and always had the urge to just go fast. Been driving mustangs my whole life. I knew I wanted the Bronco and have been drooling over it for the last few years. With two...
  9. Finally joined the club!

    I will check it out!
  10. Finally joined the club!

Ooh yeah, would be hard to let the Shelby go. Mustang and Bronco is the dream combo for me.
  11. Does 2023 Badlands Have Upgraded Steering Rack?

Sorry if this has been discussed a lot, couldn’t find the answer searching the forums here. Does the 2023 Badlands come with the upgraded steering rack? I know the 2024 does, seeing plenty of information on that but getting mixed results when trying to confirm 2023. Maybe I was getting mixed...
  12. Finally joined the club!

Wow, I didn’t even realize it’s been so long haha. I really didn’t want to give up the stang, but this is truly a much better fit for me and the family. No regrets.
  13. Finally joined the club!

Used 2023. I was pretty excited to see the all black wheels on it. I figured the previous owner painted them.
  14. Finally joined the club!

Long time lurker. Been dreaming of this day. Goodbye Mustang, you were a lot of fun and served me well, but now it’s time for a different kind of fun. Thanks to all who helped me learn so much these last few years!

  16. Peters Mill Run: 1st "overlanding" trip experience in 2-door Badlands

looks like the exact setup I would want. What don’t you like about the MGV seats though?
  17. 2023 MOD Top Close-Up Photos and Technical Review

Been so long I forgot this was even offered.
  18. Nailed it with the color but then.....

Great way to ruin that nice new paint. Wheels like this are ridiculous in my opinion and have no place on a truck
  19. Bronco Coming Down Imogene Pass, Colorado!

I just did Imogene in a non squatch badlands on 6/23. Was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Would HIGHLY recommend.
