For most all trail riding I’m not concerned. But we’re doing the 100 mile White Rim Trail soon and based on my OnX route to and from town with a couple side routes has me at 200 miles. Not being confident in expected off road mpg and not knowing how much backtracking or additional exploring we...
I'm leaning towards just getting the smaller 10L can and their holder.
With spacing on the inner slots of adjacent rails on the rack being 13 inches, should be able to have enough room in the holder to drill out new holes and mount directly to the t-slot rails
Will advise how this works out.

I like these ideas. Weight was definitely on my mind also, would be about 40 lbs if full. I’ve been looking at rotopax but for the cost you can get quite a bit more capacity out of the Jerry style cans.
@TrailRax Do you have any issue with the mounting hardware (specifically the T-Slot nuts) that Pelican sells? The smaller size doesn't seem like it would have enough bite within the T-Slot rail. The large one is too big to fit in the slot. Was looking at mounting the BX140R in the next couple...
I know what you mean, but there shouldn’t be any maintenance needed on a coated, 3 month old diff cover. Now if the guy painted this on his own, fault is his of course.
I also have this, waiting to install. Saw the pics below in a Facebook group that has me second guessing. Post said this was after 3 months and others were saying the same thing happened to them. (Picture is not mine)
Anyone have any issues with the Ford Performance cover finish flaking off? I grabbed this screenshot from a facebook post (not my cover). Sounds like multiple people were having the same issue. I have this exact cover I am planning to install here in a week or so, but I'll be pretty upset if it...
Assuming no aftermarket parts, should water intrusion be covered under warranty? I don’t have issues with freezing, but looking at my boots has me wondering.
So the Raptor doesn’t come with the Raptor rear diff cover? I had just assumed it did.
I just purchased all fluids and the new cover myself to the all 3 fluid changes here in a couple weeks. Good luck to you!
Off Roadeo in Moab planned for late March. Hitting up White Rim trail and some other trails in the area.
Plans for some trails in southern Colorado early summer. Rest of year, TBD
I agree that these throw rocks like crazy, which is why I bought the IAG flaps.
As far as snow goes, I haven't had a ton of experience, but in the approximate foot of snow we got here in the beginning of January, these performed extremely well, even when ice was on the roads.
After a bit more struggle, was able to get them all in as best I can tell. Still quite the PITA and most tedious part of the entire install. I found it helpful to leave a bit of the foam overhanging at that bottom lip to try and get it started, and work the edges in with a flathead. I’m just...
Installed my 4 door Trailrax TRMR rack today. When clamping the back sections to the roof, I could not get the foam under this lip. Just did not seem like there was enough room to get the foam and the metal bracket under the lip. So as the clamps were tightened, the foam just smash back to the...
Anyone have luck with finding the correct dash PN or have ordered and confirmed yet?

What does the window look like when closed?
Does your window drop an inch or so when opening the door? I had an issue where it wasn’t doing that so when the door closed, the window wouldn’t seal at the top. Had to reprogram the window to fix it.
