Ive just saw the steelies.
Im getting whatever wheeks are cheapest. OEM wheels .... especially Ford ones tend to be blah IMHO. [Exception granted to the first year 18 inch Bullet rims that I had on the 06 Stang GT... those were sick.... ]
AM wheels look better... usually cheaper too.
I'm getting BD with the steelies. Soon as i lock my order in ill find out the actual rim size. Buddy of mine has a tire shop in town he can swap those factory tires onto AM rims for me for nothing.
I'll have 8 mo ~ year to figure out what rims I want and they will be waiting in my shop for...
All I'm gonna say is that if this is true.... I was between Area 51 and Cactus Grey.... I'm going cactus grey.... for sure. Cause CG with that white top is the shiznit....
I
You talked me into it. I'm gonna cancel mine today and reserve a new one with Granger.
An 8 hour drive back in a new Bronco sounds like fun. ? 2k is 2k. Worth the drive. I'm a Southwest rewards points member with a ton of points so the flight won't cost me anything.
Sidenote: Do me...
@Zach@Granger
Ive never bought outside my state. (Oklahoma) How does that work?
1. Will financing be done over the phone? Then i fly up there, sign, drive her back?
2. Are there delivery options? If so how much
3. How will i order in dec? Will i have to come up there or can it be over...
I ordered a 2006 Mustang GT in Dec 05. No deposit required. Got D plan on it too.
Dealer only had one request:
If you change your mind please tell me before build week so i can change car options.
I ordered 5 speed with spolier delete. He said those options didnt sell well on his lot...
Boat seats (ie: marine grade vinyl) hold up. Im going BD for those seats. My Bronco will see lots of lake time, fishing, and duck hunting... marine vinyl will hold up wayyyy better than leather.... and i cant fathom cloth seats in my Bronco... no way. I havent ran cloth seats in 15 years....
4 door. I plan on a lightweight 14 ft travel trailer with a dual kayak rack and trips to colorado and the like. 4 door better for this and lake trips with friends.
2 door is fn sick looking... i just think id always wish i had gotten 4 door....
Roflmfao @ this thread. Thanks fellas... i needed a good laugh this morning...
Im still getting my black diamond and IDGAF if back of 2nd row has carpet.
My thoughts on why i want the marine interior:
1. Tracking in mud from duck hunting
2. Drinks spilling... although im still on fence on...
I bet you have zero issues running 35s like that. Like i already said, difference in 33 vs 35 is ~1 inch more ground clearance and ~1 inch more stuffed in the wheel well.
Agree. Only issue i have with squatch is the price... all im interested in is enough ground clearance to not bottom out at my duck pond and for mountains / lakes to get to a place where I can kayak.
I don't need all the suspension and axle upgrades to go where i go. I get everywhere I need...
