Same issue, with my front passenger door. It's also showing the door is ajar, and I'm getting a seat belt warning for the front passenger seat despite it being empty and uploaded (zero cargo or weight on the passenger seat)

Holy wow. Hopefully nobody was hurt, and you're okay. Have you contacted Ford corporate to let them know? They may want to investigate to see if it's a manufacturing issue. Best case, they help take care of you. Worst case, insurance handles everything
