The installation includes using a pry tool for the shift cap on top of the shift knob. Remove the allen screw holding the shift knob in place. Pull up on the shift knob. Install our shift knob in place with the locking tab which will keep the shift knob from spinning. Reinstall the OEM allen...

No interference with the shift collar at all. The shift knob installation is very simple we will be updating our installation page with the install process very soon.

Thank you for the support we greatly appreciate it. The shift knob is substantially heavier than the cheap plastic unit that comes stock.

Installation guide is going to be coming shortly as well. Cannot say for certain if we will have them available in blue but they are almost 3X heavier than the stock unit and are temperature neutral as well.
