I believe you are correct. I had some of the worse constraints on my build (according to Town and Country):
1. Bull Bar
2. Heavy Duty Modular Bumper
3. Manual Transmission

You might want to price flying into Columbus, Ohio and seeing if you can get a one way rental from there.
I know a lot of people find it cheaper to fly into Columbus and then drive to Charleston, rather than flying directly to Yeager.
It might not be, but doesn't hurt to check.
