My order at Stephens flipped overnight to "Final Preparation" which should mean that the convoy has dropped it off. Anyone else on that convoy showing this new status?
Edit: The website is showing them "in stock" as well, but I can't remember if this was always the case: Stephens Auto Center -...
We are all just waiting for a convey to load them up. If you check the Stephens' website, you should see yours listed. Assuming yours has been built, you should go out on the same convoy.
Mine was one of the last to be built for that week.
Once they go out, it is a pretty quick trip to WV (2...
My window sticker is correct as well, along with the $2k February price increase. It's the details of the vehicle listed on the site that are not completely correct.
It is also interesting that we have so many sequential VINs listed for our build week coming to Stephens: 687, 688, 689, 690, 691...
I didn't think to check each sticker to determine the build week. Great idea!
It is done automatically. It doesn't get everything correct, mine is listed on the site as an automatic transmission, but the window correctly says manual transmission.
Google your VIN and you'll find it on even...
I chatted with Ford's online service this morning. It appears my ship date estimate has switched from 3/7-3/13 to 3/11-3/17. More than likely waiting on the convoy to fill up or waiting for the convoy's availability. But they confirmed that it has not been shipped yet.
In my browser testing on PCs, here is what I discovered...
Browsers that won't work:
Microsoft Edge (Chromium Engine)
Opera
Browsers that will work:
Firefox
Google Chrome
Brave
I haven't fully tested mobile browsers with the site, so I don't know what works and what doesn't work if you only...
I don't see your build on the week 2/27/2023 build week spreadsheet. What was on your build? I ask because I have Lux, plus many accessories and it is not on chip hold.
You could have been selected for some additional QA testing. I would check with Ford support to ask if they can see if...
Mine had originally been quoted at the near to end of March.
Maybe they were just waiting for mine to be built to finish the convey? If so, sorry for the delay! 🤣
My delivery date just updated this morning to 3/7/2023-3/13/2023 as well (time machine?). So, we may be coming off the same convey truck headed to Stephens.
It is normal.
The backdoor reservation link only shows you the week. So, your build date should fall somewhere between April 10th and April 15th. When the email tracker updates with a date, it will show the actual day of your build (even though both say "week of"). So, if the email tracker date...
Your window sticks pops on the night of your build, exactly one week in advance. The schedule date jumps around all of the time, just ignore it until you are a week away. Modules pop the night your Bronco is built. This is how it is working right now.
How do I know? My Bronco was just built on...
Last night, the email tracker was returning an error message. I took this as a good sign, as I figured they were doing an update.
I logged in this morning, and it was updated!!! I've flipped to "Built 03/07/2023" and I now have a tear tag!!!!
962 days later, this still doesn't seem real...
Do you know how Granger handled the MY2022 PP? Stephen's did the same for the MY2022 PP. Once Ford paid them, then they would cut the check to the customer.
Since the dealer is paying the $2k price on the invoice, I would say it would be similar for how they previously handled it.
Stephens Auto is handling this by refunding the money that Ford sends, 30-60 days after the sale. So, all of the rebates, etc. are fine up (if you are in the system) until the February price increase of $2k for a 2 door. So, you pay the $2k increase and then receive a refund.
Disappointing...
