When we started we did look into trailers either bought as a ready built trailer, or kits or even buying a hauling trailer and modifying It. But as we looked, we realized some of the kits are bolt together (didn’t want that) and some are not full square tube steel (which we wanted strength)...

Those serve 2 purposes, a) allow for wall 3/4” insulation and b) cut some wall weight.. but in the walls you need to leave more wood for rigidity and for mounting doors, racks, roof spars, etc. The floor and ceiling are a lot more insulation using 1.5” thick. see below…
